Why do I need to enter a credit card for the free trial?
It keeps tire-kickers out and lets us serve serious operators with full platform access for 60 days. We’ll email you 7 days before any charge so you’re never surprised. Cancel in one click anytime in account settings.
What happens on day 61?
Your selected plan begins. We charge the card on file at the plan’s selected billing frequency (monthly or yearly) and email you a receipt. Nothing else changes your account, data, and team stay exactly as they were.
Can I cancel during the trial?
Yes, anytime. One click in account settings. No retention calls. No “are you sure?” gauntlet. We mean it when we say cancel anytime.
Can I switch plans before my trial ends?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade anytime during the trial. The plan you’re on at day 61 is the plan that gets billed.
What's the difference between monthly and yearly billing?
Yearly billing saves you 20%. Monthly bills automatically every 30 days at the standard monthly rate. Yearly bills once at the discounted annual rate. You can switch billing frequency anytime.
Is there a setup fee?
No. Sign up, connect Stripe (if you want homeowner billing), import your clients, and you’re running. Empire customers get custom onboarding, included in the contract.
Do you charge transaction fees on homeowner payments?
No platform fee on homeowner payments you keep what Stripe processes. Empire tier may include custom payment processing terms.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
You can export all your data (clients, properties, reports, photos) anytime. After cancellation we hold your data for 30 days in case you reactivate, then permanently delete it.
Do you offer a discount for NHWA members?
Yes, NHWA-accredited operators get 10% off any annual plan. Email info@homewatch.pro with your accreditation details after signup.
What if I need more than 100 properties but don't want Empire?
Email us. We can sometimes accommodate growing operators just past the 100-property mark on Established with a custom add-on. Empire is the right call once you’re past 150 properties or need white-label.
