MEET THE FOUNDER
Kathy Kelly didn't build software. She built a business and then built the software it needed.
Kathy started her Home Watch business several years ago, doing what every solo operator does: showing up at properties, walking through them carefully, and trying to keep the paperwork from eating her evenings.
Her clients were snowbirds, second-home owners, busy executives. People who needed someone they could trust while they were away. One client became ten. Ten became a hundred.

THE PIVOT

Walking through 100 properties a month gave Kathy a perspective most home service businesses never get. She wasn’t just checking on homes. She was watching for what those homes actually needed.

Kathy and her husband Rich started taking on those jobs. First as referrals to trusted contractors, then directly through a new company they built: Kelly Signature, Inc. — a full-service general contracting and electrical company serving the same clients Kathy was already watching homes for.
Today, Kelly Signature does seven figures a year. Whole-home renovations. AC swap-outs. Plumbing and electrical work. Storm damage repair. Almost every dollar of that revenue traces back to a relationship that started with one Home Watch visit.
