Program

HomeWatch.pro Alerts is the text messaging program of HomeWatch.pro, operated by Strategic Results Group, Inc..

What we send

Account and service messages: visit and report notifications, team invitations, trial and billing reminders, security notices, and replies to your support requests.
Marketing messages, only if you separately opt in: tips from Kathy's weekly playbook, product news, and offers for Home Watch operators.

How you opt in

You agree to receive texts when you enter your mobile number on a HomeWatch.pro form or in the app and check the box consenting to texts, or when you text START or JOIN to our number. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of buying anything.

Message frequency and cost

Message frequency varies with your account activity; marketing messages are typically no more than 4 per month. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan.

How to opt out

Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts from us. You can also reply UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT. You will receive one message confirming you have been unsubscribed, and no more texts after that unless you opt in again by replying START.

Carriers

Supported carriers include the major U.S. carriers. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy

We use your mobile number only to send the messages described here. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except the service providers that deliver our messages on our behalf. See our privacy policy for more.

Messages from your Home Watch operator

If you are a homeowner and receive texts from your Home Watch company through HomeWatch.pro, those messages come from that company, which is responsible for your consent. Reply STOP to opt out of them, or contact the company directly.

We may update these terms and will post the new version on this page. Our terms of service also apply.
