HomeWatch.pro is the operating system Kathy and Rich Kelly built to run their own Home Watch and home services businesses Kelly Signature, Inc. We’re not a software company that decided Home Watch was a good vertical. We’re operators who built the platform we needed and now share it with the industry.

Kathy started her Home Watch business several years ago. Today she runs an active book of about 100 Home Watch clients and serves as the operations backbone of Kelly Signature, Inc., the 7-figure full-service home services company she built around her Home Watch foundation.
She built HomeWatch.pro to run the business, and now shares it with every Home Watch operator who wants to build something bigger.

Rich runs Kelly Signature, Inc. with Kathy the general contracting and full-service electrical company that handles whole-home renovations, AC swap-outs, plumbing, and electrical work for the Home Watch client base they’ve built together.
Rich is the technical and operational architect behind HomeWatch.pro’s product roadmap.

Kelly Signature, Inc. is the home services company Kathy and Rich built on top of their Home Watch foundation. It’s a full-service operation handling general contracting, electrical work, plumbing coordination, AC swap-outs, and whole-home renovations almost entirely for clients who started as Home Watch customers.
Kelly Signature is the proof that HomeWatch.pro’s positioning isn’t theoretical. The same playbook is available to every operator who runs the platform.
